Stella, the guide, was very helpful. I loved the walk on top of Mount Pilatus. But my favourite part was the cogwheel railroad trip down the mountain!

Had to cancel our tickets... don't konow why I'm writing this review honestly (haha) but had to call out a custoemr rep who helped me cancel the tickets. What a sweetheart! Talked me through the whole process, had the most calm voice and I couldn't catch her name :( GO TEAM HEADOUT!
They said meeting point at Sihlquai Coach Parking (or Bus Terminal) - wasn't hard to find and we located our guide quite quickly.
Tips: Was contemplating getting just the Rhine fall tickets but them alone you don't get your money's worth Wasn't sure the whole "you'll have access to sanitizers everywhere" rule that they specified because I've been to many attractionns since and many don't have them readily available - they do. Just ask the guide. We had to pay for the boat ride at the lcoation - that's not included in the ticket just saying

The hike in the Alps was something else entirely. I had the chance to take amazing pictures and felt very close to nature. There wasn't much to do in Engelberg but it is a charming village to see.
I appreciate that everything was organised so well and that the bus and guide were so punctual. An hour in Lucerne is just enough to see the top sights and Engelberg is a cute town.

Great way to spend the day! My wife and I don’t have much experience in skiing, but thankfully the tour is suitable for beginners. We had a great instructor, he took the time to ensure that we had grasped the basics and were comfortable with our ski gear.
Had a fun session with a knowledgeable instructor. Worth trying, especially if you are a beginner.

It was a very great. Everything was very smooth.
We head a great experience in this trip. Very informative and well coordinated.
The tour was pleasant, but what was advertised was a panoramic train ride and that didn't happen. We used an ordinary train from Grindelwald to Interlaken, where some people were left standing. On arrival at the station in Interkaken, the route was long and people were not given a map to get back to the bus parking lot. This caused a lot of stress.
Fantastic experience overall! The hospitality of the hosts (Ambi, Manuel) was lovely along with everything that came with this! I'd definitely recommend this!
